PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST
The City Clerk oversees the Public Record Requests per RCW 42.56, Public Records Act.
Within five (5) working days of submitting a request: 1)your request will be fulfilled; 2)you will be contacted with a date when the records will become available; or 3)you will be contacted to inform you that no public records are available.Applicable fees may apply per the City's Fee Schedule and must be paid before delivery of the public records.
